An outcome is what actually changed, who verified it and how. Outcomes may be full, partial or failed — all three are published, because a proof page that only shows successes proves nothing.

The first loop began in September 2026. We will publish what happens — including if it fails. An outcome appears here only once it has been verified, its verifier named, its method stated.
