Operation Sow a Seed starts with you. Design a farmer-led trial that includes the cooperative's own varieties, and publish the result in the cooperative's name. Volunteer.
Who it suits: Agronomists who have designed or run on-farm trials; Fon, Kpelle or Hausa facilitators

Community radio in Ghana runs on borrowed engineers. Run an apprenticeship inside a working station and leave a manual behind in its language. Volunteer.
Who it suits: Engineers who can service a community transmitter and teach two volunteers to do the same

Power & Enterprise is waiting on one person. Produce an independent, costed options paper a trade association owns — including the option of doing nothing. Volunteer.
Who it suits: Solar or off-grid engineers, or small-enterprise energy finance, with Nigeria experience

Story Lab — community recorders and trainers
Free, mobile-first training in consent-led recording, field audio and captioning. You keep the rights to everything you record.
Who it suits: People already working with a community radio station or youth group; producers and photographers who can teach

Mentorship Circle — mentee intake
A named mentor in your discipline, one working session a month for six months. Free, and a real commitment on both sides.
Who it suits: Young people aged 16–24 in media, agriculture, education, enterprise or the arts
