Kenya trains more young professionals than it connects to real problems
A strong education system produces graduates who have rarely been placed beside a working problem in their own discipline before they leave it.
Why it matters
The distance between a classroom in Nakuru and a farm, a clinic or a workshop that needs what was taught there is short in kilometres and long in introductions.
What we intend to do
- Mentorship Circle pairings built around live VOAC work.
- A published curriculum outline per discipline so a mentee knows what they are signing up for.
